Beeline's Digital Platform became Award Winner

The international group of mobile operators Veon has won the 2019 Brandon Hall Excellence Award in the category “Best Advance in Learning Technology Implementation” for the successful use of the CrossKnowledge platform. The Brandon Hall Excellence Awards is one of the most prestigious international awards in the field of human capital management, acknowledging the achievements of organizations in improving outcomes, implementing leading practices and solving business objectives.

Through the online platform CrossKnowledge, the employees of all mobile operators within the Group, including Veon Georgia (Brand Beeline) are passing the mandatory or optional training in functional, professional and other skills development. Any Coursera and LinkedIn resources and courses are freely available to the  Beeline staff.

Beeline actively uses modern digital platforms in its day-to-day operations. These include Lever.co  for staff recruiting and Talmundo for new staff adaptation. Beeline officially launched the Facebook Workplace to effectively manage internal communications in July 2018, soon after the platform was launched.

Along with taking care of the professional development of its employees, Beeline keeps track of its customers and measures their satisfaction using the worldwide-recognized online platform Medallia. Beeline introduced Medallia, the best tool for learning customer’s demand, behavior and habits, in 2018. The Customer Satisfaction Survey starts from the very first day of subscription to the Beeline network, through a simple SMS poll. The conditions of the products and the experience gained from using them, as well as the quality of the call center and in-store services, are evaluated. Soon, the survey will be also launched in digital channels through the web and app.
