Emergency services numbers

Calling emergency numbers from a mobile phone is free of charge, without the index and city code.

112 is a special number for contacting emergency services (department, ambulance, patrol police, etc.).

Connection is possible even if the number is disconnected on both sides and there is no SIM card in the phone.

According to Resolution #660 of the Government, the cost of the service is 0,40 ₾ and it is deducted from the numbers of all mobile operators on a monthly basis by the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The fee is paid if the amount spent during the month from the mobile balance exceeds 5 ₾. If there is not enough money on the account balance to pay the service fee, the debt will move to the next month and shall be deducted as soon as the account is replenished.
